Processing Time: All orders are carefully handmade and packaged with care. Stickers and Prints typically ship within 2-5 business days. Custom Hand-Painted shoes must allow 2-6 weeks for creation before shipping. Production time may vary depending on the complexity of the design and current order volume.

Business days are Monday-Friday (excluding holidays)

Shipping: Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Incorrect Addresses: Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. LOW Soles is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages: Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, LOW Soles is not responsible for shipping delays, lost, or stolen packages. If your package appears to be lost, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you need assistance, feel free to reach out and we'll do our best to assist you.

Damaged Orders: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damages including packaging. We'll work with you to resolve the issue.
